The MER2-G series area array camera of the Mercury 2 family is a new generation product independently developed by Daheng Imaging. The camera is compact, lightweight, and sturdy, with improved built-in image processing (ISP) algorithm, supporting more functions and providing multiple acquisition methods. The camera adopts GigE interface for image data transmission and integrates I/O (GPIO) interface, providing cable locking device, which can work stably in various harsh environments. The Daheng Imaging Mercury II camera has a compact structure, small appearance, and built-in excellent image processing (ISP) algorithm. The MER2-630-18GM-W90-S90 camera model uses a Sony IMX178 CMOS sensor chip with line exposure, which transmits image data through a GigE data interface and integrates an I/O (GPIO) interface, providing cable locking devices. The camera sensor surface and data interface surface form a 90 degree angle, allowing for flexible installation and stable operation in various harsh environments. It is a highly reliable industrial digital camera product.
